The
planets and their exalted and debilitated signs
Every planet
has an exalted and a debilitated sign. When a planet is in exalted
sign, it is supposed to produce the very best result for the native.
In debilitated sign, the planets do not perform well and result in
evil effects. The following table shows the exalted and debilitated
sign of each planet.

We have also added a new column “Mool-Trikon”.
The planet is also considered like exalted if it is situated in its
Mool-Trikon sign. The number in the bracket shows the degrees. For
example, if Sun is situated in Leo with in 0 to 20 degrees, then Sun
is said to be in its Mool-Trikon sign.
There is no
consensus on the exalted and debilitated sign of Rahu and Ketu. But
we will assume it as shown in above table.
